100 to 120 mg I mean cc for sport scale non aerotowing.... And 150 to 180cc for aerotowing. So far everything is designed around the DA 150.

The Luggage Door. There is only one on the left side and it's behind the T.E. of the wing. This to me will be a great place to mount the Rx switches. The kit will include the offset hinges and magnets.

The main doors. They are big and have three magnets and an actual latch. The hinges are from G-10.

Credits: Jim D. for the luggage door hinges and the top front corner of the main door additional magnets.
Kevin K. for the idea of adding a positive latch to the main door.
Jeff D. for the source of the latch mechanism (which actually was for my generator cover project)

Here is a picture of the windshield with these G-10 frames glued to the glass. These frames reinforce the glass and prevent the whoopdies between the screws.

Window frame extensions. 1/16" thk. ply glue into the fuselage to bring the side and top windows flush. You can go through a bucket of binder clips easily....
So i just used the glass to "clamp" those frames into place while the glue dries. Not to worry about accidentally gluing them in yet because the protective wrapping is still on. They will be glued in after the model is covered.

Tail wheel and main wheels. The tail wheel and assembly is included in the kit. The 10" main wheels and G-10 hub caps shown will be an option for the kit.

Tail wheels really take a beating. FWIW- consider making the portion mounted in the fuselage have its axis run through the tire contact patch. That reduces 'lever' forces in side load conditions.

I think I know what you are trying to say... It's 7/32" dia. 1095 music wire and set up as a torsion rod. I tested it on my hydraulic test bed weighing 50 lbs. There's a video of it on my web site. But not to worry, because I'll give it to Kevin K. and let him put it to the ultimate tests with his STOL Tundra type tail wheel landings,
