    • Anti rotation dowel 1/2" dia.
Top and bottom gussets that boxes out the overlapping drag spars.
      Aileron horn pocket structure.
And the L.E. sub cap. Funny how all those lightening holes in the leading edge cap will come in real handy when sheeting the front. (stay tuned for that)

            • Thanks, and its pretty much the same on the bottom side. The tabs snap off the bottom of the outboard panel and a little fine sanding.

The holes to allow clamps to be used in lieu of pins is a great idea! Go one step further and use scrap on top of the sheeting to keep clamps from leaving footprints.

                  • The kit will include 4 of these. 2 for the ailerons, 1 for the throttle and 1 if you wish to use for choke.

                    • A hard point is added for the wing strut attachment as to not crush the balsa.
Also, getting a little side tracked... Playing with wing tip.

I am really enjoying how this design and construction is unfolding.,
Thanks for sharing this with the community, awesome work !

                        • Now is the time to cut off (separate) the flap and aileron from the wing. And a little sanding smooth.
