Some of the finer points.....
Stabilizer flying wires are using Dubro 4-40 Threaded / Soldered Rod Ends for a bit more secure connections.
The lower rear attach point was moved up to look a little more clean and the spacer adds a little stiffness to the part
Using a Leaf spring setup for the Tail Wheel as I found I would break the single unit setup on my old Pawnee. The Spacer is so the tail wheel Tee bracket doesn't get brutlized when landing a little "stiffly".
OOPs.......I kinda knew I should have opened up the attach points.......Patches give it that "scale" look........

Thanks for the invite, sorry I haven't been able to attend, been a busy year so far......
Finally got up the courage to do the Stars and Bars on the wings........I don't recommend Mactac paint mask as it isn't very solvent resistant ( at least for Polytone paint ) It is nice in the respect that it's a transparent film so it makes positioning easier but it doesn't conform as well to irregular surfaces.

Successful Maiden flight in overly blustery conditions ......wasn't.really sure if i was flying a rowboat in the open oceans or forgot how to fly.
All parts still where they should be.....except for the ones I forgot to apply Loctite too.
