Looking really good Len...that's how to keep her straight! ..I built a Guillow's rubber powered tissued paper Me109 with it's long fuse stringers as a kid....it was so warped and bent, but flew nice circles as a free flight and always came back to me like a boomrang! lol

Another God Send Len....I am close to being done with the front half of the fuse and Pete warned me as have you, that the back half of this build is critical to NOT be warped...will study these photos for a long time before gluing anything on the rear fuse..

OH NO !!!

I glued on the Fin Support before putting the fin in place.

A little time with the razor saw and I was able to carefully remove the support




Then found out the fin wont fit into the opening without a little Rhinoplasty. So a trip to the sander and skim some off the nose.

Len , what motor are you going to use and it looks like canisters may work....nicely done.

Hi Jim,

Using a DA 150
plan at this point is to put them under the fuse. If we had the aluminum gear choice originally, I may have modified the interior for hidden cans.
We'll see.
