              What an event....
I've been attended the Aerotow in Monticello since 2009, and while they were all typically very good events, this year's Horizon Hobby Aerotow was exceptional.
From the Stellar weather to the great attendance, everything was perfect.

A sign of a good host is one who learns from previous events and improves every year. This year the staff from Horizon made sure there was as little wait as possible for a tow using dual tugs about 90% of the time. Tow pilots were ready and eager to tow anything you bring to the line and there were plenty of horsepower available for even my 83lb DG1000.

A HUGE thank you to the staff for great food, super raffle prized and quickly making everyone feel at home. A MAJOR thank you to the tow pilots for making this event so special.
Steve, Pete G, JD, Rick, Ali, Pete George and Dave. Next year we'll have the Bidule there to help out for sure.

On a personal note, thank you Pete Goldsmith for taking all the time you did and teaching me some in's and out's of thermaling... It was well worth it for me as I learned a lot.

It was really great to be at the Horizon Aerotow this year....the weather was amazing every day.

The tow pilots were on call every day and making sure anyone could get in the air quickly....the turn out was fantastic, really wonderful to be there and see so many people at the event.

All the people of Horizon Hobby went out of their way to help and make sure everyone was having a great time......Many thanks to everyone at Horizon Hobby for making this happen.

I got a few pictures that are posted below and on the next few lines:

Even full scale Warbird drivers want to get in on the action at Horizon! Pete Goldsmith (?) arranged this cool low level flyby by the pilot of this P-40!
