Great shots guys! Really helps us guys stuck at work .

Thanks Conio but shots look great. Remember, best camera for the job is the one you have when you need it!

Loved the heat gun shot. Made me think you had a frozen fuel line! (did you?)

A few more shots from Thursday. Freezing rain this morning, but the sun is out now. The Fairfield Inn crowd is heading out now.

Nice French1, what happened to the leading edge of the DG800? Was that Don C. and his 1/4 scale 2-33?

                  Gunny,
My DG800 and Russ's Stingray tried to occupy the same space at the same time. Bad move on our part.
My plane is easy to fix, his, well, is easy to order a new one.

Day three ended around the fire pit and day four started early the next morning.

Although overcast, the temperatures were in the 70's and the flying was great. Smiles all around.

                        Day 5 ~ March 26, 2017

Weather forecast has 40-50% chance of rain with light winds and temperatures in the mid 50's. Current weather radar looks like any precipitation is a long way away. The forecast was for rain late yesterday afternoon and evening but it held off, so we will see.

So great to see everyone again and meet some new faces too! It was a perfect start of the new season, all though we were missing some prime suspects! Slearmaling was happening every day everyone took advantage of it. I was able put my new DG 800 plane through some paces and also get the girls back out flying again in the DG-500. The Cirrus V tail suffered the same fate as a year ago. Lesson not learned 2nd time around once again...ggggrrrhhh....when Slearmaling just quits at low altitude over trees at far end of runway, never turn downwind, it is just better to land over by the hunting shack where Scott likes to land. A bit of epoxy and fiberglass and paint and she will good to go in a week or so. Thanks to Jim and all the volunteers and tow pilots once again for such a great event.

Dustin and I closed the gates at 6:30 pm and marked the end of the 8th Annual Cumberland Spring Soar for Fun...we had a full day of flying and NO RAIN ALL DAY...so much for the forecast.
