    The 1/8" brass tubing was glued to the collars using West System/ 404 high-density Adhesive filler. I drilled holes in the collars for a little extra surface area contact and mechanical structure.
    The cross bracing is just silver solder attachment after contouring the tubing to try to match the mating surface.

    Precision drill hole duplication.
