I have a favor to ask... If anyone coming to Cumberland has a YGE programming board, could you bring it with you. I have a YGE ESC that is stuck in Heli mode... I will bring the ESC and program it there. Thanks Bert G.

The Cumberland Summer Aerotow was a fantastic event. Great weather, amazing thermals, and really wonderful to catch up with friends that I haven't seen in way to long a time.

Many thanks to Jim Dolly and everyone that helped to make this possible......helping organize and run the event as well as providing lunches for several days in a row.

A big shout out to all the tow pilots.....Len, Steve K, Kevin K, Steve P, Stephan, and Gunny (I hope I didn't forget anyone)......thank you for keeping us in the air !

Looking forward to the next time we have a chance to fly together.

                  Bob

Is it possible that this event gets better every year? Because it certainly feels like it. Great weather, great friends, incredible lift and an amazing host to bring it all together. I wish we could have stayed longer. Looking forward to seeing everyone at Windy Ridge.

thanks again Jim and all the tow pilots and helpers! Always a super blast...sloping Sunday was perfect, and the dual flying DG800's with Len was an extra special howl in that wind...extra shout out to Stephane for helping with all the GPS triangle racing tech stuff...you got us up and running super fast and I learned a lot with the new updated system, and also to Pete, Kevin and Len's GPS knowledge. Everybody should try it if they can, really fun to do and race against yourself, and others, and various size models all work.

                      see everyone next time

                      Matt

A big thanks to Jim for putting on this event, I realize how much it takes before and after the event to pull this off!
And thanks for the remote Model Box location area. Thanks to all who made a purchase we greatly appreciate it!
And last but not least thank you Stephane and Len for setting up my Antares on the ix20, and of course all the tow pilots.
That's many thanks in 4 lines, but one that sometimes people forget to say and show, just my thoughts!

Hurray for Californians! We made it there! Like I mentioned before, the first 3000 miles was easy, the last 1-1/2 miles was something else! Thanks for hosting the event!!

eajbrian -- the road today is like a fresh stretch of Autobahn compared to what it was 30 years ago. Heck 10. 5?
