Mike and the Charlotte II
Jeremy and his Turbolenza Porter
My Bidule 170 #2 after 14+ hours of towing duty at Winamac 2017, very pleased with it and no issues the entire time (spit out a cylinder at Windy Ridge and had ignition failure at AMA)

Winamac 2016 was fantastic, but Winamac 2017 was even better!
Miroslaw worried himself needlessly about the logistics of the event. He did a magnificent job, and (with chef Jeremy's assistance and his support staff from Chicago) served us wonderful meals daily for both lunch and dinner. thank you, thank you, thank you Mirek!
Everyone pitched in to help make things run smoothly on the flight line and with repairs as needed in the pits. Just a great group of folks that are always fun to be around!
...and I have these wonderful memories!

Got back yesterday right at 5pm CST after departing the Tortuga Inn at 6am EST with Jelly Kelly who I dropped off on my way home! A great event organized by Tim Redelman, who didn't show up...............just kidding Tim, work get's in the way sometimes, we did miss you! He did call me several times over the weekend to check how everything was going and tell me the correct way to cook corn in Beer So hats off to his Side Kick Mirek for a job well done in the Kitchen, Shirts, Trophies and Ceremony, and many more logistics. That brings me to Matthieu who helped out with many other duties, thanks! Of course thanks to all the Tow Pilots and Caroline and and Luisa for being my nurses when the smoke bomb on Mirek's Yak exploded and peppered my leg, (see picture of Shorts on display in the Hangar) It's not looking pretty right now, but I will survive! Thanks to David Payne for driving to the event so we could do more tests on the Porter, although the coupling only had 2 flights in it, we will come up with a better solution The other picture is of the Phantom Graffiti Artist, he knows what I'm talking about
