I happened to be looking at the Swift IGC log files. The switch on my Orlik was turned on for the trip home from Cumberland. I had an IGC file from my drive home.

lol...sounds like a cross country task file now! Sorry to hear about the crashed Albatross....glad you could figure out the situation out though. Huge Learning curve for me with all this GPS stuff and electronics... Everything was sounding different since I used it last in July, and didn't touch it since then, but having fun.
