Nice! Did the Gurney Flaps help? I see them hanging down at TE of the wing. Is that Lake Travis nearby (along with Hippie Hollow? lol)

They had the unwanted side effects of increased wing incidence, and created some trim problems that were sensitive to speed. No bueno for this plane/pilot but it was good to know how it translated into real world application after reading about it off and on over the years and using similar concepts in freeflight to adjust plane trim.
