To answer your question Jim, it get's awfully warm flying so close to the sun, so the white acts as a reflactant, remember Icarus

White is to keep heat absorption to minimum. The gelcoat and resins get soft. Not a good thing when at altitude! BTW... Love it!

So is that a real ASG-32 or a model? When you blow up the photo, when viewed on the link you posted, it looks like a model? If it is....who makes it how big is it? Maybe it's a display model at Schleicher trade show display!

If there is a model of it...I'd do it in that scheme!!
