I booked a room and will be there Fri-Sun - love shrimp and crab...thanks for asking!... and doing the BBQ! Looking forward to meeting everyone.

Just a update to the menu
I ordered the food today from the caterer
Combo tray featuring cheeses and fruit
Quiche Loraine
Steamed shrimp
Pulled pork , Sliced roast beef , Sausage and peppers , BBQ Chicken
Bushel of Maryland crabs
Salmon
Club rolls and all the salads
Corn on the cob
50 Charlie's famous crab cakes
Deserts and Ice cream
Plus people are bring all kinds of stuff.

Should be awesomel

As in years past its $25 per person so we can get some of the monies we put out
Well worth it!

That's a smoking deal Charlie, it costs a lot more than that to go eat out at a local restaurant and then you only get one choice.

Making Maryland Crab Cakes for Saturday night

I freeze them than reheat
These things are awesome
6lbs of crab meat

Oh and last year I didn't get any so save me at least a crumb!
