I have zero baffling on mine with a DA 120. Never had an issue.

I don't think it's necessary as long as there's a good vent and you aren't running cylinder configurations that put one directly behind the other like a flat four or inline twin.

totally agree.. no problems with the z80 twin i had in one.. but with 4 cyl i would consider it. doubt this plane will ever see a 4 cyl as it does great on lower power up to 120cc

I have a DA 120 in mine with full cowl baffels top and bottom works real well
