Shaft clamps instead of wheel collars.

Over the years I have had issues with the standard wheel collars with one set screw. I was searching for another method when I came across these shaft clamps.

www.ruland.com has a large selection of shaft collars that will replace the wheel collars and they start at 1/8 to 1.5 inches ID. They have stainless steel as well as steel in 2 piece and one piece shaft clamps.

A little expensive but well worth it when you consider the damage that can be done when a wheel comes off and you try to land.
