Consumable clamps

After many year of service it came time to replenish my stock of simple consumable clamps. The quality of the clothespin is of some importance as the cheaper quality pin will not hold up very long or even hold what you intend to clamp. For this I have raided the laundry clothespin bag that is seldom used these days to find some quality clothespins to use. Over the years some have met a chard end while soldering parts, others have been sanded to achieve the necessary purpose. Yes you can glue the pin to the work surface so the application of waxed paper as a release layer is recommended. I share this in hopes it will help you in building models.

Awesome. A few of those look really vintage. The clothespin is indeed a versatile tool as you note.
