Steve, here are the possible Cumberland dates for 2017. These dates are 5-day weather windows running Wednesday through Sunday.

8th Annual Spring Soar for Fun - March 22-26

5th Annual Summer Soaring - July 19-23

51st Annual Fall Soar for Fun - November 1-5

I'll start a new thread soon where we can chart out 2017 dates in the various regions. 2016 was another good year for new aerotow events and overall scale soaring growth!

BTW, I understand through a friend that Marc who now owns Sky High in Muncy, PA is interested in hosting an aerotow next year. We had been told the field was no longer available, but it seems things have changed. Are folks interested if we can shoehorn it into the east coast schedule? I love that place.

Absolutely!! Muncy is awesome! The people are awesome and the field is awesome. There has to be a slot to fit it in somewhere and hey if we have to suck it up and double up one month, well then, so be it.... A BIG YES to bring Muncy back!
