Forgot about this video that I put together of the Duo at last years SKSSGAAT.....lots of loops and a section where Len with the big DG1000 and I were flying together. Better late then never!

Not really planned but I had the camera running and saw Len off to the other side of the field so I "ran" over there and started circling in the same air in the hope of catching him in the frame........which I did!

              Thanks for posting that Tom,
The Duo looks beautiful flying around. Very well done!

You missed the landing circle though.

Yeah Tom, come on man, and I wasn't even trying to hit the circle!! In fact it was the furthest thing from my mind, making it a complete coincidence...

Awesome Tom, You Duo is one of the most "scale" flying gliders I've seen. It is fantastic! The guy holding the transmitter is a different story, but luckily we hang with a pretty accepting bunch.... Of course the real question is, were you TRYING to hit the circle? I come closest when I don't even consider it being there. If I try, I am 100% sure to fly right past it!

As a matter of fact I was trying to hit the spot and did land within the yellow circle once.......which
I received a raffle ticket for.......all those years of flying Thermal Duration compition had some benefit!
As far as being an "accepting" group.....yes we are.....we allowed you in, didn't we? 😬

I was thinking more Len with the accepting part, but now that you mention it....

Hello, Dan S (You know, Scot's son)

Anyway I have a very, very VERY overdue video for you guys.
I took some of Tom's footage from the Duo and some of mine from the Q500, and made this...

thing. (don't know what to call it)

                                Enjoy!

                                All the best

                                Dan
