2023 Windy Ridge Aerotow Cancelled

Sad to say that it looks like it is going to be too wet to have an aerotow event at windy ridge this week. Got about an inch of rain overnight and the port a john truck got stuck and made ruts this morning. Forecast is for more rain this afternoon, overnight, and tomorrow. We dont want to make ruts and get vehicles stuck. So, unfortunately we are cancelling the 2023 Windy Ridge aerotow event.

Needless to say I, and likely the whole traveling crew, am disappointed. Saw this just minutes before I was to start packing the trailer. What to do now?????????????
However, I do understand the need to protect the property. Such a great resource.

I know it's a tough call but thank you for the update. I was already starting to have thoughts on how the field condition might be after seeing the rain forecast. Consideration for the land owners is an important thing to keep in mind.

Glad I looked on the Forum today was getting ready to pack the trailer up.
