2020 Sky High Aero Tow - September 10-13 - Muncy, PA - PHOTOS!

Thanks for a great weekend of flying. Early this year it seemed we would miss the whole season. However, we were able to get our act together and have several great events. I hope someone told Mark how much we appreciated his hospitality, what a great guy.

As always, thanks for the effort putting this together, thanks for the tows, thanks for the talk, etc etc etc.

Home safe, repairs start tomorrow.

2020 may suck, this the past days certainly did not. Four full days of fantastic soaring! (5 for some folks). The campers seemed to have an especially good time — and fresh eggs and veggies from Mark’s chickens and garden.

Thanks to everyone for making the annual Sky High another memorable time. Pete’s photos capture a few beautiful moments at this special place. The views are always great, but the hangar shot wins. We had about $150,000 in hardware stashed in Mark’s barn Friday night!!

So many memories — and an insanely delicious carnitas lunch from Angie on Saturday.

Mark and I keep talking about getting the gang there more than once — we are going to try for two events here in 2021. April anyone?

For now, three cheers for Mark. A wonderful host and a great friend!

What a fantastic weekend! Always fun to take a quick drive down to see Mark at Sky High. Some mist Thursday cleared up into a beautiful afternoon. Friday had some challenging landing conditions, but great lift for those that braved it. Saturday was non stop flying all day. Those that left on Saturday missed out on the biggest lift of the event on Sunday morning. I basically ran out of gliders to tow, everyone was in the air! Gunny's 2-33 was staying up while doing aerobatics! Incredible lift!

Thanks to Len, Steve P and Mark for making this happen. Can't wait for the next one!

Another great Sky High Aerotow in the books. Flew every day. Had lift every day. Had a great time every day. Doesn't get much better than that!

Many thanks to Len, Steve and any others for putting this together. Especially Mark for providing such a great place to enjoy. Not to mention his family for helping with the surprise taco lunch! I missed the memo but still made room and very glad I did (yum)!

Wonderful as always Jeff. I hope you had time to do a little flying. Some of the farm shots demonstrate what a great eye for composition you have. I also hope everyone understands the amount of time you put into this. First at the event, i often wonder if you ever get to fly, and then in post production. You are a great addition to our little section of the hobby.
