    SteveP...Battman540 notified us that the Huntsville guys have set a date for their October Aerotow.

    NARCA 10th annual AEROTOW is Oct 4-7, 2018.

        Hi Steve,

        I am so sorry to confuse and cause extra work for you.

        Due to events outside of my control the Frankenmuth AeroTow Festival dates have been changed.

        I guess that's the price of a new event. Teething issues.




        All of our info stays the same except for the Event Dates.

          BTW, I finally, finished the Minimoa tail. It's has all its detailing and looks as if it was never damaged.

          SKSS is looking to have an event this year, I see LASS is pending for 8/24-26. Is there any news on this date?

            The LASS club has confirmed and Jim Dolly launched their registration page a few weeks back. Sorry, I didn't update post #1.

            The April 27-29 (ideal) and May 4-6 (less so) dates are open -- Tom was looking at that for VA, but not available.

          April and May is too early. One of our tow planes won't be back from Florida by then. We'll have to figure out some other date.

            Kris -- did the event happen? Got a post on the other forum that a person went down, but there was was no event? Maybe they went to the wrong field?

              Steve, Space Coast Aero Tow went off just fine. Beautifully blue sky's, moderate temp and light wind. We had one plane go down due to servo arms breaking on the ailerons. Will fly again. Obviously went to the wrong place.

            Black Dirt Aerotow in Goshen, NY confirmed for October 5-6-7, 2018. This has proven to be a fantastic fall event.

                QUEBEC CanAm Aerotow....

                I received an update from Daniel McCrae. They will be having a more informal get togetter event this year on the 13th to 15th of July weekend. They are still working on the details but I put the date on the schedule.
