This Super Dimona makes for one great looking motor glider on the ground and in flight. This version used to be sold by Hobby Lobby, but is no longer available. Features a 95" wingspan, fiberglass fuselage, balsa built-up wings and horizontal stab. Hitec servos, Scorpion motor, Castle Creations ESC. Just add your receiver and 4S battery.
This one was converted to a tail dragger to eliminate the troublesome nose gear. The gear just bolts in place, making it easy to swap with a second set of gear without wheel pants (included with this sale) that is more suitable for flying from taller grass fields. A steerable tailwheel was also added, so it taxis very very nicely.
Two piece wings with a carbon joiner travel in a custom foam storage bag to prevent hangar rash, and stab is easily removable with just two bolts. The fuselage has plenty of room to add FPV gear, if you're so inclined. The red winglets attach to the wing with guide pins and magnets so setup is quick and easy and they can be removed for travel to keep them safe.
Will sell for $245 plus shipping CONUS. Delivery at any of the September-November east coast aerotow events. Willing to make a deal to add the installed Spektrum receiver and an AeroModel 4S LiPo pack.
