Gentlemen, the second box has arrived and they will be shipped Fedex tomorrow to the people who have paid in full!
I still need to get payment from some of you for both the Balancer and Fedex, and some of you for just the Fedex!

Jeremy - I received my balancer today, but it is missing the two rails that form the base. All the screws and other hardware are present. Has everyone else gotten all the parts for assembly ? There is no damage to the shipping box, the two rails must have been left out of the package when it was packed.
Can you send these two parts ? Louie

Louie, I do not have any extra balancers to source the parts from! Let me see if anyone else is short on parts before I put in a request to the manufacturer to expedite any missing components. Please remember I am not a dealer for this product and I placed this order due to the demand after the Horizon Aerotow! If anyone is missing any components let me know immediately.

Not sure what's happening here. Jeremy asked for home address,and I sent it twice. Then got email that said it would ship the next day. So now it's 5 days later and no stand, no mention of shipping tracking informatopn, and no statement of what is owed for shipping (I still need to pay) Jeremy, and idea where my stand is and what I still owe??

Has anyone got an extra stand? Mine is missing the two base legs - so I am without a stand for weeks until new parts come from Germany. Maybe I'll have to make some temp from wood.

Found my stand on the front porch at Noon today when I got home from delivering Meals on Wheels. It went together great, and looks to be just what I wanted and needed. Thanks Jeremy for all your efforts. Nice piece. I'm glad the Rudolph Sport Modellbau Design directions has a picture of the assembled stand as I can't read the instructions in German. I hope they aren't needed when using the stand.
