Cut some cores for my friend Pete A. and will bag them to help him with the replacement of wings on his DG300
Thought I would share as the wings will be built on a simpler manner with less "concrete" reinforcement...
Wings should be lighter and bend quite on a scalish way...
Cores are cut the same way

core and bed assembled, bed get some tape to avoid gluing them during the bagging process

Cores in place with peel ply on TE

live hinges in place, cloth cut (2.5oz four layers, 1/4, 1/3, 2/3, 3/3 span length)
