Dan including rudder with individual square pieces of wood like a chess board.. This is Obeechi over carbon, over fiberglass, over foam. Two piece wing each being nearly 11 feet long.
Dan had flaps added, even though a full size Ka6 does not have flaps...really helps slow this 50 pound beast down though.
custom made wing bags, vertical stab bag, and elevator/ wing rod bag.
Most servos were replaced when purchased from Dan : Hitec HS985mg on tow release, HS 5645mg on rudder, ailerons, and flaps. Elevators are JR 8611 and the spoilers are older analog ailtronic standard servos. This was no hanger queen and has been flown hundreds of times so some hanger rashes, but nothing serious. Pictures available of small defects available on request.
For reference, the root of the wing is 22.5 inches... This is a BIG plane...
