Ali,
I just discovered my ASH 31 sustained shipping damage to the fuselage at the base of the fin. The shipping box had damage, but my initial inspection missed the fuselage damage. I just sent an email to your customer support folks and I'm hoping I get a response tomorrow. Honestly, the packaging was not up to shipping cross country(Oregon). The FEDEX delivery had the box on end and the way everything is packed I should have known this could happen. Any assistance you can provide would be appreciated.
