  • New 6, 8, and 16-Channel receivers from JR

More good news on the future of the company... JR now has four (4) new JR DMSS receiver offerings on the JRA website. They are the RG613BXB, the RG812BXB, and the RG812BPXEVEN and RG812BPXODD.

These receivers are all designed to provide channel expansion in standard PWM mode, as well as to offer true redundancy, and in the case of the BXP's, Power Buss power distribution.

While you do need to activate XBus mode A to use these receivers, the receiver channel outputs are standard PWM, NOT XBus.

These receivers should be very popular with DMSS pilots that preferred the PWM RG1131BPU receivers (I love this one and miss it!), as well as pilots who did not choose/want to learn XBus, and would prefer to use an "old school" dual receiver setup in their models.

These receivers are now live on the JR Americas site for back orders, product is now shipping from the factory with delivery expected here in the next 4-8 weeks.
Team JR Air ............You can't buy happiness. But, you can buy a sailplane and that's pretty darn close.

Interesting. One for the odd channels, one for the even.

While it might be tempting to call this the Japan approach since that's the origin, I call it the Jim Dolly approach of two receivers, splitting the channels and each having its own dedicated power. This has always worked well for Jim on his tow planes with Futaba gear.
