    Hi Dan
    It's really no big deal. Line up the bottom rail so its parallel with the cockpit edge, or whatever looks good to you. Mark the little screw holes and use a very small drill to make a pilot hole, then attach the rail.
    Slip the window into the lower rail and slide to the aft end of the rail. Place the upper rail over it and attach the end screw first, that's the one right above the window. Slide the window to the other end and do that screw next. Slide the widow to the middle and do that screw last. This will ensure there are no sags in the rails.

    Cut out the window opening last, but very carefully. Round the corners, not square or they may crack.

      As usual..... very helpful input Len. I will dry fit test it this weekend. VERY small dremell drill I will need ! The screws look like 1/64 th of an inch or even smaller !! Very precise work here....
